If you are not yet a member and would like to receive information on the National Association of Federal Retirees, join the mailing list.

Email Preferences

The Quinte Branch Board and national office provide members with information throughout the year using print, web, email, and face-to-face meetings. The fastest way the Quinte Branch can communicate with members is by email so we invite Quinte Branch members to consider enabling receipt of email and identifying the type of email you receive by logging into your account on the national website.

Update Your Contact Information

Whenever you move, change your phone number, or get a new email address, it is important to keep your association up to date so you continue receiving important news about Quinte Branch events, national news, advocacy activities, preferred partner offerings, and Sage magazine. To notify us of changes, you may use any method below. If you created a login account with the association, you can login to your account on our national website and correct your contact information there by going to your profile and then addresses.  Thanks for keeping your contact information up to date!

Branch Volunteer Opportunities

At the branch level, we invite our more than 800 members to consider volunteering by sharing their skills and support to fellow members.

Volunteering with our branch offers a meaningful way to connect with local members, make a difference and contribute your skills to initiatives that matter. Volunteers can contribute as many hours per month as they desire. Most opportunities are available remotely allowing members to contribute from home.

If you want to get involved at the branch level, email us at quintebranch@federalretirees.ca and write in the subject line: “New Volunteer”.

Board opportunities
As a board member, you will contribute to the overall management of branch affairs. Directors participate in monthly meetings and may choose to be involved in areas such as advocacy, communications, events, membership or governance.

Events
Assist with events when needed. Research events, venues, and catering, manage a registration table, or provide information to members.

Office support
Assist members by providing office support by performing administrative tasks like mail-outs and newsletters to keep our membership base connected.

Advocacy and Partnerships
Join our branch and help to identify partnerships with local businesses so that we can develop relationships with and/or advocacy topics that are relevant to our branch.
