Prior to each of the general meetings, a board of directors (BOD) meeting is held in Winnipeg and is attended by all members of the board. For a list of all the board members, visit the board of directors page.

Speakers Series & Recruitment Event: Was held on Wednesday Feb. 18, 2026 — Masonic Memorial Centre, 420 Corydon Avenue, Winnipeg MB. Our speakers were:
- Roni Dhaliwal, BSW, MSW, RSW (Registered Social Worker) who will speak on social related issues for seniors, how to deal with loneliness, long term illness, relationships, etc.
- Trish Rawsthorne, RN speaking on traversing housing and care options for Seniors. This will include aging in place supports and options within your community.
