Tickets for the annual Christmas lunch, For those who were unable to attend the meeting, you can forward a cheque for the amount of tickets required to NAFR, PO Box 21016, Trenton, ON, K8V 6S2. Ensure the mail arrives prior to Nov. 27. (Assuming the postal strike is over)
If you cannot make it to the office, you can mail a cheque for the number of tickets required and we will hold them to be picked up at the Lunch. The mailing address is NAFR, PO Box 21016, Trenton, K8V 6S2. Tickets are $25 each for members and guests.
This event is limited to 100 attendees and we must know the number no later than Nov. 27 in order to notify the caterer. As we are required to pay for the number we submit to the caterer, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations after Nov. 27, nor can we admit persons showing up at the event without having previously purchased a ticket. In the event the function is oversubscribed, late requests received prior to Nov. 27 will be placed on a waiting list, and members will be notified should a cancellation(s) occur
