Share Your Experience — Help Improve Probate in Nova Scotia

Have you ever been involved in probate or estate administration — as an executor or administrator?

If you have been involved, your experience can help make a real difference. The Access to Justice and Law Reform Institute of Nova Scotia is reviewing how probate laws in the province can be made simpler, more accessible, and less costly. To do this, they are seeking input from people who have gone through the process themselves.

Members who have served as an executor or administrator are encouraged to complete a short online questionnaire.

Your responses are anonymous and will be used solely to inform research and recommendations for law reform that better serve Nova Scotians. Access the survey online.
