On January 23, 2018 our annual fun bowling event was held at Hi-Way Bowl on London Line in Sarnia.
Twenty-four bowlers participated in the “Ten Pin Rock N Bowl”. The lights were out and strobe lighting was on. 50’s and 60’s music was blaring in the background. Caricature pictures of bowlers were available for those who wished to pick a funny face to be attached to their name. Yellow pins were added to the mix. If a yellow pin came up in the head pin position, and the bowler got a strike, they were awarded a scratch ticket.
A nice lunch was enjoyed by those wishing to purchase from Hi-Way Bowl’s standard menu.
Planning for next year’s event is already in the works! Ideas from the membership are always welcome.
I feel everyone had a good time. I know I did.
